|
Step 1 |
The Garland Pot mould pictured here is an example of the moulds I make. They are all of a very strong and tough design to withstand being put on a vibrating table when they are being filled with concrete.
Strength is paramount to help ensure the longest life expectancy
possible from each mould - the longer they last, then the more items its
possible to produce from them which means they are more profitable to you.
|
Step 2 |
When the concrete is fully set, the inner core is designed so it
will lift out effortlessly.
|
Step 3 |
When dismantled the side fibreglass panels will unbolt from large bolts which over the years I have found to be the best method, rather than cheaper smaller bolts.
|
Step 4 |
The fibreglass jacket/case having being already fully removed , the latex liner should now easily roll off and should reveal another perfect copy ready for final finishing from a fibreglass case and latex liner that will go on to make you many more perfect copies.

Bill, Ben & Weed, these are my own creation and, until now have never been available for sale as a reproduction mould. I am the only person producing and selling them (as with a lot of the moulds I produce).
Bill, Ben & Weed were a tremendous success when I was producing concrete items
- I think they reminded a lot of people of their childhood!
